One of Silicon Valley’s leading venture capital executives, Vinod Khosla co-founded highly successful companies including Daisy Systems and Sun Microsystems, where he served as CEO and stayed until 1986. As a partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, he was involved in the launch of companies that advanced computers and technology. In 2004, he started Khosla Ventures, which focuses on green technology. Forbes magazine named him the greenest billionaire in 2010.
